A minimum level of communication in English, basic training in combat techniques, a reference to their good conduct are some of the essential requirements for picking our guards. Being an ex-serviceman and having the license to carry a weapon are qualities we look for guards who will be providing specialized services. This class room training which spans for 100 hours over a spread of 2 weeks ensures that the guards have a basic understanding of the legal aspects of their duty, essential paperwork handling and are well equipped at handling any emergency situations such as fires, first aid and basic drills. An added emphasis is given to make sure that the conduct of the guard towards the client is most pleasant.
A module on basic fighting techniques is a must for every guard which helps them to be prepared for any kind of situation. This comes in addition with other essential activities such as marching, posture training, saluting etc. Being taught by veteran field trainers, our guards are taught to take pride in dressing in their uniform.
After successful completion of Phase I & II of the training procedure, all the selected candidates are deployed to firms for a week. This helps them understand the nature of job and responsibilities as well as how to reciprocate to the job requirements.
